The Trustee Finance (BUDGET) Committee is preparing for the 2024 Budget Adjustments. All budget adjustments must be submitted on the correct form, located in the hallway next to the Ministry mailboxes. Form must be submitted with the appropriate department head signature. Please ensure appropriate justification for adjustment is provided. All adjustment submissions are due to Renee Woolfolk, Church Business Administrator, rwoolfolk@firstmountzionbc.org, by Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The Trustee Ministry will present the 2024 Adjusted Budget for Church approval at the August 3, 2024 Church Meeting.
