Would you be willing to attend off site Small Group Ministry training for the purpose of providing training to FMZ members during Small Group Meetings or scheduled in house training?

The Small Groups Ministry is supported by the Interest Based Small Groups Committee comprised of faithful servants committed to a year of service. Their service includes assisting with research and development of best practices as well as evaluating and providing feedback on the status of various Small Group Teams. The Small Groups Committee provides support to the Small Groups Ministry Director in the areas of establishing a Small Groups Committee Chair, Vice Chair, Chaplain and Secretary. Additionally the Committee provides support and direction regarding Small Group implementation, orientation and training, ongoing support, Small Groups for kids, conference and workshops, retreats, Group Link, the Small Groups Network and other areas as determined by the Pastor and the Director. Completed applications are due on or before June 30th of each year. If this is your first year serving on the Committee please contact Stephanie M.
